Therese48 - All the lions at Antelope Park are used to hands on with humans.
HOWEVER - Lions are still lions and are wild animals. We are given strict rules
on how to be when with them. - Biggest one is NEVER turn your back on a lion.
They have the similar characteristics as a domestic cat - Love to play, chase, rough
and tumble, and play with their paws to get you down. Of course they are much
bigger than domestic cats, and so one needs to be always aware of what they are
doing, or getting up to more's the point ......
