we have ""boere rate.." old wife's medicine.... we sometimes use...
but i went to the docter for a injection..... my shoulder is much better
but she "the doc.." try to get a cure for my restless legs... I am in a big
bad mood about this traveling again..... I cannot stand flying... I am not afraid..
but the long hours have me in a sad state...!! we only leaf on the 22 nd feb..
but everyday I get worse and worse...!! we are of to USA again...
for a year... ! I will miss my house and my little Lourens here...I will miss SA.. :(

Am sure you will miss S.A,, but there is lots going for America as well Liz.
I understand your fear of flying, as I have the same thing about dentists.
Totally irrational - but deadly all the same.
A year will go in a flash - You have your camera so I look forward to your
photos from USA Where about will you be?
I am planning to go back to Kenya in February next year to Lewa to help
with the Rhinos this time
