And then there were two . . . Only my wife and I survive from that long ago picture taken on our wedding day. New people have entered the world in our family -- 2 sons and a granddaughter so the earth's population remains about the same.

When we married, Gerald Ford was president and I drove a Ford. To remain consistent, the president would have to be named PT Cruiser now but that would be too much of a co-incidence.

Our parents all lived to a ripe old age and we are now the "older" generation. If genetic predictability is accurate, we still have a bunch of years remaining before we depart, however, sometimes I do manage to get people angry enough to want to preclude me maximizing my genetic potential.
