When we moved from the farm (where dad was a Farm Manager) to town in 1976 this modest place was the first house my parents (in there 50's) ever owned. Now definitely in need of reroofing and probably more, it appears to be owned by a sole practice solicitor. Looks like her fees aren't very high as maintenance is behind.
