So unique it's hard to describe ...and it also also depends how it is cooked ... it's texture is a little like squid or octopus ... sometimes it's minced .. I guess a bit gamey as well.
Poulet - just got back from a two hour meal at a Thai Restaurant .... my tummy is very full !! I'll try and sort out what dishes I had later ..... Flaming Chicken where whiskey was burnt to create flame was the highlight .....
