Torbay - Auckland

I have jumped a day ahead ... yesterday I had an interesting shoot at Shelly Park Beach extreme low tide (mental note - buy gumboots !!).

But seeing as that will be the third shoot there you will see, I'll save it for at least a week probably longer and start with this mornings shoot at Torbay. I'm stepping on the toes of Rainbow71 and Yellowbird because this is close to their home, hopefully they don't mind.

Was going to comment.... who pulled the plug???
But I read caption.... so that's what happened??? Low tide mmmmmm???
Beautiful sunrise... how much does depth changes with low tide?

Quite a bit here 3 meters between high and low ... the Tor is cut of from land at high tide ... the difference was even more dramatic on Saturday I'll show some comparison shots when I post the Shelly Park Beach series .. I could walk out to and climb up a docking platform that I would have had to swim to at high tide

Thanks for visiting my part of town. It is very beautiful. Did you forget Sarah sign in name?

Torbay actually doesn't have a beach. The suburb is named after the Tor and the bay.
The Beach is called Waiake.
