Thanks Scott ... it has been very windy there since New Year and the lake has been very rough so not always so perfect.

maybe I have a calming influence on the place... or maybe I'm just lucky when it comes to Taupo ;-)

Taupo does seem to have some sort of a spiritual attraction for me, for some reason... possibly because I was there in 2006 for my 40th birthday and threw myself from a plane at 12000ft - that sort of thing does tend to leave a lasting impression :-D
