Much of the area looked like this. Lots of fallen trees and debris. This area is National Forest land. Just not sure if it's Shasta-Trinity or Lassen.
No signs at all. We had a topo map with us and the car has GPS.
Wonderful wildlife site.
All that fallen wood will be home to countless insects & invertebrates which will feed the reptiles & birds.
Sort of place I would probably get lost in & need rescuing.
