I have never seen it with the water so low. Do you know ~ was the water lowered for maintenance? Perhaps my memory of it is simply different, but I recall those intake towers being submerged almost to that bottom ring under the walkway.

You're right, it's the lowest water level that I remember too. It's because of many years of drought in western states. We have had many years of below average rainfall.
