Failure to dispense.
Don't you hate it when you stick money into a vending machine to see item get stuck on it's way down???

This was at a wayside station.
Noticed a lady trying to get this item unstuck by buying an item just above this stuck bag, item was dispensed it knocked this bag down one level to finish getting stuck again, she than tried one more time with same results, at this point she was frustrated and just gave up... wish I had a video camera to record the whole thing it was really funny. Wonder who ended up with this bag..
