During a morning trip, my parents and myself stopped at a local, rustic and very simple restaurant.
Where a hot sauce was prepared for some delicious and fresh panfried fish, let me tell you I was hungry and food can not be more simple as to cook some just caught fish from the shore of fresh water lake only mere 100 yards away from the ocean.
Everything was as I mentioned very simple deep fried fish that was drizzled with lime juice and hot sauce, we eat it with just plain tortillas and washed it down with an apple taste soda..... very delicious.
In reality there wasn't anything else on the menu but I'm teling you I would not had change it for anything else, It was a plain hut with sand as the floor.
This foto was taken in the kitchen....sink, where the fish where being prepared for the frying pan. Whilethe tomatoes where a roasting....for the hot sauce.
Simple but must important, very clean and friendly lady,
Very, very inexpensive.
I'm sure I'll be back some day.
