definitely you should advise to see full strength, john! this is amazing. and it does seem frosty at first glance. may we presume he was alive and just hovering long enough for you to capture his glory?
Your presumption of the hover is incorrect Stephanie, I am of the thinking that it landed there the night before, (they must overnight somewhere), and over the course of the night there was a heavy dew, I think that when the sun came up and warmed the land, (and the dragonfly), and evaporated the dew it would return to normal and fly away, more or least like it was in hibernation.
I guess it does look frosted; and better in original view.
Thank you so much for all of your wonderful comments of late Annamaria, I just haven't had the time to reply, there's a bit going on at the moment in my life, mostly work, boring!
I real terms it doesn't get that cold here in Perth, not as you and I know cold, so as much as it looks frozen it is only covered in dewdrops.
I thank you so much for all of your lovely comments, I am just too busy to answer them all, but I do appreciate them very much.
