Thanks Znacke. Because it is one of the first buildings build in Dunedin it is well sited and can be seen from many parts of the centre city area.

Excellent contrasted against the bush

Thats part of Dunedin's famous 'town belt' Roger; a 'ringed' bush area around the centre city; there is urbanization among the trees and bush but longly it provides a canopy and a "green" backdrop, as you see here.Dunedin forefathers incorporated it into the plans for the city.
