It is very unusual, to me, to see lambs in July. Coming from New Zealand, July is still the middle of winter there, and far too cold for lambs. July is still the middle of winter here in Western Australia but it is much warmer and it is when grass is at it's most plentiful, so it makes sense for lambs to be born now.
