Built in 1896, and now occupied by a restaurant, this building anchors a corner of town square. The upstairs is set up as a banquet room and not often used. From time to time however, a solitary, empty chair, moved from elsewhere in the room, is found set in the bow window overlooking the square when the banquet facility has been locked and unused. No one has seen who sits there. | |
