Would be a shame.

There are new owners of the shopping center. Rent went up and the hardware man just packed up and left. Do not know what will go in that space. Whole shopping center is getting a face lift - parking lot getting lots of trees. Grocery store coming in is from England called "Fresh & Easy".

that place needs a facelift bad... i just hope they don't change it too much
are they going to play up the retro-ness of it at all do you know?

and well that's a bummer about the store... i guess there's not controls over how much rent can be increased in commercial spaces?? seems odd... wouldn't a lease agreement still be in place or was it up to renew anyways...

well i'm glad i got interior pictures last time i had a chance

the trees in the parking lot sound like a wonderful thing to do.... it really needs that
