what is lefse, is not in my dictionary ;(

it is Norwegian
a flat bread rolled very thin and left to dry flat
then when you are ready to make them you soften them by laying them on damp towels
spread butter thinly on them and sprinkle with sugar

ah,sound tasty...i am a pancakes junkie,they know me well at local pub ( 6 with finetti,4 with apricots jam) ..i speek about europeean pancakes,i don't eat ever americans type ;)

as you can see they are thick and fluffy... usually we pour syrup and butter on them

but we were out of syrup thanks to the boys LOL so we sprinkled powdered sugar on top with butter too.... very good

yes,thats it! we call him panckes ;) Berlinerkransers is just for football games at tv with my friends...soccer for you!

Yes my work lcd is 24 wide too,bigger than my personal 19 inch from home...but bigger is not allways better,at home the colours is clean and bright,at work... not! Maybe in few months i will buy a bigger one for me but i considering to change camps to Macintosh..i still diging!!
