recently they've started letting outsiders (non employees) rent homes there

they produce their own power and rent is cheap! like 400 bucks for an old 20's craftsman style home a month.... 30 bucks MAYBE for electricity a month in WINTER

tree huggers are killing the main source of income slowly tho and many of the mills are sitting empty now
