LisaSam67's Fotothing

I really need help here. My mother's 80th birthday is in May and she's been trying to get this old family picture restored and all the shops she goes to say it's impossible and won't even try. I've been playing with it for months now and it dawned on me tonight that perhaps someone in here might want a go at it.

TAG it "LISASAM67RESTORE" without quotes as usual form in here and perhaps see what you can do with it. Of course as fate may have it the face she wants is that of her mother on the left!
