Give me your vegetables and I will turn them into beauty queens!
Experiments with exotic/unknown/unexplored/never eaten/strangely looking groceries.
Take two: A fruit with a name that remains a mystery to me. It was tagged as an apricot in the store, but my naive european mind and comparison with fruits known up till now, tells me that it rather reasembles a pear. Let's call it an Exotic Pear then, unless someone has a more detailed botanic knowledge - please share!
Taste: very sweet (was very ripe), a pear with slight hint of pineapple and a quite intensive smell
Texture: not gritty (as one would expect from a pear), like a very ripe mango, juicy.
