I guess no one's going up those stairs for a while. Nice capture!

we actually saw someone go up the stairs a few minutes before i took that picture. i was just like "...aaaaahhh! scary! why would anyone take that many risks?" not only was there a gigantic icicle and icy steps, but the area i was standing in, there appeared to have been a recent rockslide (as the trail was covered in rocky debris that hadn't been there in the fall)
