Geoff...thank you so very much.....last year we hardly had any bluejay, but this year is certainly different....we've had as many as sixteen at one time in the garden.....
Linny...it was suppose to be a surprise but someone was snooping and found it before the surprise...besides, I'm not very good at keeping secrets........
Martini..thank you so very much my friend....I enjoy photographing the birds very much but I'm rarely lucky enough to catch them in flight......wish I could do this at will but it was just blind luck......
Minou.....thank you so very much...we are so thrilled to see more Blue Jay this year....last year they were effected by a virus...this year they are back....beautiful as ever.......
Senna...thank you so much....I wish I was talented enough to take this kind of photograph but it was "blind-luck" to catch this bird just as it was about to land....
Cooler..thank you so very much....I was snapping away with our new lens and caught this bird just as it was about to land.....created a unique image......my first action photograph.....
Poulet...thank you so very much....I think I'm going to set up and attempt more of these kind of photographs....I would like to improve to the point where I can actually take these kinds of photographs when I want...instead of luck.
Carla...thank you so much my dear friend....I would like to say I'm a great photographer...but this photograph was pure luck....don't tell anyone.....thanks again.
Andrew...thank you so very much my dear friend....we were experimenting with our new lens to photograph birds....I was very lucky to catch this one in flight....
Pat...thank you so very much my dear friend....we got a new lens specifically to photographs the birds and this one of the early results. Still have much to learn about the new lens.
Ciekee...thank you so very much...it's so nice to meet you....we like to photograph birds and I was fortunate enough to catch this one bird in flight...
Bellavista...thank you so very much....we were photographing birds in the back garden and it wasn't until I looked at the photographs on the computer, did I realize I had caught one bird in flight.....
Hi Pat....Lin and I just bought a Canon 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 lens which was on sale at one of the local camera stores we frequent. It's rather heavy but it does a great job off of a tripod.....
