So....all you have to do..is the woodwork ?

Yeah, that's "all." The problem for me even beginning is the way the wood slats are to attach to the cast iron. See how there are under-cut metal wedges? I would have no way to create those shapes. I'm going to have to come up with a different method for attaching the wood. Or I'll need to learn to weld iron and make the slats of metal. I'd send 'em to you, but I think the postage might be prohibitive! =)
