I think its an oven taken from top.The black round may be a Pan on which the bread or something is kept..................Very nice shot!!!!!!!!!

I think I should tell you the reality.
The picture is a close up of a fountain with red light in its base. Flow of water is regulated by a small steel plate over the top. The layers you see in the picture are not flames or smoke, rather thses are thin layers of water reflecting red light.
