UPDATE: :-)
Today my dad went to the eye doctor. He is scheduled next Thurday for laser surgery to keep the blood vessels from growing back. The doctor wants him to be a little more cleared up by then for the surgery to be successful so we are keeping those prayers going. Thanks to all of you who shown concern for him. He is an awesome man. He loves fotothing and all of you he has met.
