I love this picture it is framed perfectly. I could see this in a hotel or vacation ad!! It makes me feel like I am there!

Definitely fix the horizon line. I like that you're working in the software. The effect actually comes across as though you have taken the photo from outside a window and the reflection is present.

Professor, would you like me to fix the horizon and resubmit the photo?

Nice Photoshop work. This is really neat; it's like a pause in the middle of a transition from one scene into another in a movie :)
