Hi PennyLane, this is Joy34 writing for Haw59 (my daughter who has gone back to Texas). Little did she know what would start from this photo. I think the stacks here in the photo must be cemented for they are right on the road. I'll have to take a trip up to NOrth Shore and see for myself. It is all very strange. Joy
