Very interesting. In Wyoming they have a law that says you must fence 'out' cows from your property, otherwise there is free range. AND if a cow gets hurt on a fence that you put up to keep your neighbors cows out of your property, YOU have to pay for the damages to the cow????? Something does not seem right here hey?

...I don't know if the law still applies...I agree it certainly sounds strange.
