Where there is water there are gulls and pigeons! Wonderful photo, Sylvia!
Where I live there is a smal river nearby and the gulls and pigeons and crows always circle around on the street where I live.
From my balcony I always throw the ends of the loaves down :-)

Riet - I live about 1.5 km from this river (the Trent) and the gulls now seem to recognize me even when I'm just leaving my house and circle around hopefully. Always so many and so hungry! I've been spending a fortune on (cheap) bread and other food, and as a reward I've got a few nice photos!
