Aren't they sweet? I wonder if he is still visiting your garden now he is grown up? We had a blackbird with some white feathers on his right wing a few summers ago...and we get visits now from quite a few blackbirds like that...we call them all 'son of whitewing'

Barbara - I'm not sure if this one is still visiting. Sometimes I hardly see any blackbirds at all for weeks, but at the moment there are several coming regularly for bird seed and porridge. They're all males, and I think the one on my photo is a female.
