My entry for goodmorningfriday - my breakfast porridge with apricots, a melted Swiss truffle chocolate (only for special occasions like today!) and a dash of cream.

Delicious Sylvia, I haven't tasted Porridge or dried apricots sinse.... The war years... when this was all you could get..... 1940's.. so long ago..the good old times..????

Super breakfast ! I'm a great porridge fan too, but the apricots I leave until evening to try and stop myself from eating chocolate !
