thanks Poulet for all your comments - I have just had a lovely Thai meal in the Churchill pub in Kensington - the Thai food is highly rated there. Thai food is very popular in London now and I'm going to try lots of different dishes :)

Many Thai dishes are very easy to cook. If you wanna try some, plz let me know. It's cheaper to cook yourself and I'll give you an authentic recipe. ;))))
I would be interested in looking at your recipe Poulet - I had another Thai meal this evening called Pad Nahm Prik Pao - it was delicious. I had the Pad Thai last week - I'm broadening my tastes at last :)
