Here you can see some steps I make spinning wool.
It starts wit washing some dirty sheepwool, then I have to card it (not necessarily, but I prefer to). I card with two dogbrushes, because special cards are very expensive (though bigger to make larger rolags, the rolls of carded fiber) Then I will spin it with my spinning wheel, you can see what is already on the bobbin.
And what I spinned with my spindle. One I made myself from an old small paint-brush and the lid of a marmelade jar.

Potterjo: the colored fiber will be used for some small items like cellphonecovers. I think I will knit a cardigan from the natural colored sheepwool . But have to spin a lot first.
