i don't know where is this hotel

If you're walking downhill from the Plaza Grande, as you come to Flores while walking on Chile, it's on the left side of the street. There's a little restaurant in the side called "Cafe Viena". Nice enough owners etc, but the noise was pretty bad in the mornings and on weekend evenings.

i see....wow...you have a very good memory for address...
that is true....the downtown is very noisy....
