Well, it seldom gets that cold here in southern California---but I do remember the old scouting days in Illinois. This shot brings some of the cold wet stuff back!

Yes, the Scouts (I was in Troop 61, long defunct) were a good part of my early teen life and I continued my association with the Council until 1981, when I relocated to Memphis, TENNESSEE and could no longer participate due to the rigors of recruiting duty.
