This is an incredible place....I can't think how anyone survived looking at all the crater holes.....Vimy Ridge memorial is quite something

It's hard to imagine that soldiers actually ran and hid in holes full of mud and water for safety... BTW, apparently the sheep that are grazing have never set off an unexploded mine (I had to ask!) :)
