It's a cheat - radial blur w/ photoshop :) Really wanted to isolate the subjects though in an otherwise noisy photo.

well it doesn't take a great deal to impress me... I have photoshop but cannot figure out how to use it to do anything at all! :) i need to take a class.. this looks great

not going to make coments on photoshop books i got my head ripped of before in the forum lol! i like the effect reminds me of starburst
