Minz, I do not think that we can do anything. They claim that they are going to take the word "free" of the header free stock photos. I am really annoyed, but have never sold any pictures, so unlike some of my friends on here, will not be affected finacially.
I am just going to watch what happens, then decide if to take off my images or not..

The other problem is that somebody else COULD make financial gain from your fotos, and you would never know it if they didn't ask your permission, and if they'd obtained them "free" through a third party. I'd rather see you get rich by selling your works, friend. ;-)
But what Pixsy is doing, besides misrepresentations inferred by the word "free," is simply performing web searches and displaying the results, just as you or I could do with a Google search, or as you and I could do by browsing some other blog site.
In the end, the proper use of the image(s) comes down to the end user. "Nothing on the Internet is private" is a good motto for those who wish to protect intellectual property.

So are you sending the cheque for the chopper pics by fed ex or post ?
