I always have to plan my sunset shots - we sit just a little on the east side of a hill, but low enough that if the sky looks like a potential, I have to jump in the car immediately and rush to the lake.
It's only about 4-5 miles but there are 8 stoplights on the way - and more than once the sun has dipped below the horizon while I was cursing at a stoplight to hurry and change...:-))
