This is on a side street in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Tfhis is the Grace Hope and Mission and serve the homeless and elderly in Baltimore. Right around the corner is Baltimore's infamous block which is a block of strip shows and adult bookstores. It used to be quite famous and Blaze Starr was one of the main attractions. She was a class act, not like the ones today.
