Biking
My entry in the Fujimugs (www.fujimugs.com) photo challenge. It was not received very well but I like the way the panning turned out showing good motion with the bike and legs in good focus. The main complaint was that I should have the whole rider in the photo. I was worried having a photo in a public web site without permission from my subject. Any thoughts?

Love the shot, particularly the way it looks like it's just the legs that are riding the bike.

As regards having someone in the shot, in the UK you can use photos of anyone taken in a "public place" without their permission as long as it's not for commercial purposes (in which case you should get a model release form).

By being in a "public place" people accept that they may be photographed (think of CCTV cameras)
