The Fotothing Challenge

Thank you to everyone who participated in Challenge 75 "Entertainment". You did indeed keep us entertained!

The overall winner is Jonstone for his cabaret-style picture of the finale of a show. There is so much going on in this photograph: the colouring is great, highlighting the bold colours on the stage, the composition is spot on and when we looked at it we felt that we were sitting in the back row of the audience. We recommend viewing this in full size as it really is spectacular.

Second place this week goes to MarieStrydom for this charming shot of a child being spun on a roundabout. Well exposed to capture the speed of the roundabout by blurring the background but keeping the subject still.

Third place is Irashid’s macro of an earphone. It’s a bold and simple statement representing that ever-popular form of entertainment: the ipod, personal CD player, radio etc.
