The Fotothing Challenge

Thank you to everyone who participated in Challenge 80 "Skill and Craft". We had some varied entries this week and really felt like we were seeing a good cross-section of the FT community.

There was one photo that stood out for us and that was this one from Archer. It is very effective in showing the skill, not to mention risk, involved in glass blowing. The full-sized original shows it at its colourful best. This is well-composed and excellently timed as well, giving us a real close-up. Well done (again) Archer!

Second place this week goes to Roncarlin for this artist’s impression of a sailing ship. The colour, perspective and textures have been captured really well.
