i've got an 2x extender today from Sigma, but i had no luck, 'cause there's no AF then with the 100-400 ... and i don't like the idea to manual focus ... okay, return to sender ... does yours AF? ... well, i've to check the technicals details of the canon originals ...

Congrats on the 2x! I've taken mine off for a while. Are you free handing it or is it on a tripod? I'm having some issues doing it free so I thought I had better practice without for a while. :)
