MMM!! Lindsey loves buttermilk pancakes -- so I make them on the weekends for her. I made tons of strawberry preserves a couple weeks ago from fresh ripe Florida strawberries yum yum!! Well, some of it didn't exactly gel so it's very good on pancakes!
