Larry, the spiral is a very modern building inspired the architecture by the Babel Tower. Inside are more small exhibition rooms with very modern art...which are not to understand at all... It is inside spiral too and dark without lighting a pool at the bottom....very scary for me... . It is a view point when you walk outside to the top. This area is a big culture center with more fantastic very modern building. There is the National Theater the Palace of Art, the Ludwig Museum...(like the Tate Gallery) with very modern designed park around.... a labirynth from hedge for people... pool.... etc...
