Hi Vesisade! No, I don't thinks so! I don't see nobady there. This old house is in the city Sorrento (Italy) near / under Naples, and this old house is in the middle of the city there in a gulf. You can see that from a bridge. Its realy mysterious.

I also was dizzy to look under from the bridge!
