Anna-Maria , before eat put in refrigerator ice camera , froze like glass .. remove lately and joy sweets what good with soft red wine , tea or any soft pomegranate liquor.

We call them Sharon fruits here Anna-Maria, and when they are ripe they are delicious...I watched a young Chinese lady rummaging through the pile of fruits at the market, and she was testing them gently for ripeness and sniffing them too....so that's what I do!!
