Except for all the switches, it does look very much like a regular guitar. The segmented "live" frets are a far more subtle clue. Lots of hidden wires in the neck, I guess. A formidable beast.
yeah, you can't really see from this photo, but the fret choppery is scary. that thing must have one hell of a wiring harness running up the neck. if it ever goes wrong, I'm f&*cked.
I still haven't figured out what the red button is for. I think it's the panic button. eject!
