[4] What else to do in a dead bird period? our fall migration is over for now!, so I'm preparing the early spring 2010 migration, build up a new stationary photo hide to put up by the lake.

You seem to be a man of many talents. No problem setting up a permanent blind on the lake? I've looked at the whole series...seems to be pretty substantial. Will you anchor it down and put a top (roof) on it?

OOoops....you said stationary, not permanent. Hope you will post a photo of the finished product...up and running.

For me problems is a challenge Larry :) by the lake I have pound down waterproof poles and made a waterproof platform on top [a little over the water edge] witch one fit's the new hide/blind here. The Top/roof? I made that one yesterday! then comes a door, and a shelf in front of the hole for the camera to be mount in/on...and for the coffe cup :) Last thing to do is to make everything invisible looking at from outside!! Permanent? it takes no time to separate it, so don't thing it will be staying there permanent, only in the spring, 3 months or so! is my plan!
